The outlook for this afternoon
A few days of much sunnier, pleasant weather lie ahead for Alicante province, with daytime temperatures in the mid-20s and nights in the mid-teens.
Only Sunday is looking cloudier, but still warm, before it is expected to cool down again and possibly bring some showers on Monday.

This afternoon’s temperatures
Although the State Meteorology Agency (Aemet) warned yesterday that there would be moderate rainfall in the north of Alicante province today, the outlook now seems to be very sunny with just a bit of cloud further north and inland during the afternoon.
Minimum temperatures are largely unchanged from yesterday but maximums are a bit lower.
Winds are light to moderate, predominantly westerly and north-easterly.

Friday October 31

The skies on the last day of the month should be mostly clear, with intervals of high cloud and just a few lower clouds about.
Minimum temperatures will probably drop slightly or remain unchanged, while maximums are predicted to rise in the north and stay the same or drop slightly in the south.
The wind will be light to moderate, predominantly westerly in the middle of the day.

A much cloudier start is predicted for Sunday, followed by cloudy intervals in the northern half of the province, but clearer skies and high cloud in the south.
Despite this, both minimum and maximum temperatures are expected to be slightly higher in most areas, particularly along the coast.
Winds should be light and predominantly northerly.
