According to the developers, the architectural flow of all the homes on Santa Rosalía is a top priority in their design, helping to ensure that the properties maintain a fluid link between each other and with the natural beauty of the surrounding landscaped areas.
There are a mix of styles of properties on Santa Rosalía Lake & Life Resort, including apartments, townhouses and villas.

Rental prices are set to be around 3,500 euros per week for a villa in the summer high tourist season, while the cost to purchase a new home on the Resort starts from just 249,000 euros.
The communal areas all have low-consumption LED lighting installed as standard, which are controlled by solar timers, underscoring the Resort’s commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency.
For instance, one tree is planted for every new home built on the Resort, which has almost 4,000 native Mediterranean trees and plants, selected not only for their beauty but also their low water consumption and suitability for the local climate.

For recycling, the resort has its own waste separation system for collecting paper and cardboard, packaging and plastic, glass and other types of waste.
The Resort is also a very safe place for families, with security cameras located throughout the entire premises and round-the-clock access control to the community, ensuring that residents have the peace of mind of knowing their children, their belongings and their way of life are totally secure.
