Our two fully qualified and dependable mechanics have 70 years of professional experience between them and can undertake all types of mechanical repairs, maintenance and servicing., including Exhausts, Batteries, Cam-belts, clutches and brakes.
Our charges are comparable to any other mechanic, and our experience helps you to save money by rapid diagnosis of the problem, and professional judgment to deal with it. We also fit European headlights and carry out minor bodywork repairs.

Specialist Services- Computer Diagnostics and repairs to Alternators and Starter Motors.
Our fully equipped workshops are fitted with the latest in computer diagnostics equipment, enabling us to offer a full service to those with EMS, Engine Management Systems. We are able to diagnose inefficiencies, system problems and recalibrate the system as required. We are also able to carry out repairs and reconstruction on expensive parts such as Alternators and Starter Motors, saving you money where possible.
Accredited ECU Autotune Centre
Ken Sherwood Mechanics are now an accredited ECU Autotune Centre. This means that we are licensed to carry out the retuning of a vehicles electronic control centre (the ECU) which in turn results in enhanced performance, greater fuel economy or both.
